Remote Sessions
I offer a variety of remote corrective sessions. The two that I personally oversee are the Remote Counseling and the Remote Analysis using the Matrix NLS Decoder - The Matrix NLS Decoder not only performs an analysis, but it can also be used for remote corrections.

For a bio-scan using the Matrix NLS Decoder please download and complete the new patient questionnaire.
ALSO please include a biological specimen sample. (Hair and finger & toe nail clippings) in a small 2” x 2” ziplock bag. Take care to provide the cleanest samples possible. Please send samples that are free of dyes, coloring, and polish. Make sure that it is tightly sealed. Be generous with the samples.

Remote Appointments
Initial appointments will be 75 minutes. Follow-up appointments are typically 30 to 45 minutes and maybe adjusted as needed. Appointments are set up after the intake and bio-samples have been received.
Payment
The cost includes the analysis plus a timed phone consult. After receipt of the payment, I will do the analysis and then set up an appointment to review the findings.
Rescheduling Policy
For any rescheduling requests or cancellations, please notify me 2 full business days prior to your appointment. Missed appointments will be charged the full session fee (except with a valid emergency).
